2026EPC0006 - PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CAPITOLE This consultation concerns the provision of maintenance services: - the hanger control system of the Théâtre du Capitole - equipment listed in the appendix. More precisely, this concerns preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of various equipment detailed in the specific clauses (C.C.P.) with the aim of ensuring the perfect operating condition of the systems, equipment and materials. It is understood that preventive maintenance consists of checking the installations in order to verify that they are in good working order and that the purpose of corrective (or curative) maintenance is to troubleshoot and/or the return to service of equipment following a malfunction or failure. Maximum amount excluding tax for purchase order services: 80, 000.00 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes a “market” part ordinary" and a "purchase order framework agreement" part. The contracts are concluded at mixed prices since they include, on the one hand, annual preventive maintenance operations at fixed prices and, on the other hand, operations of corrective maintenance.
