This consultation concerns the provision of maintenance services: - of the control system of the Théâtre du Capitole hanger - of the equipment listed in the appendix. More precisely, it is about preventive maintenance and maintenance corrective action of various equipment detailed in the specific clauses (C.C.P.) with the aim of ensuring the perfect operating condition of the systems, equipment and materials. It is understood that preventive maintenance consists of checking the installations in order to verify that they are in good working order and that the corrective (or curative) maintenance aims to troubleshoot and/or put the equipment back into service following a malfunction or failure. Maximum amount excluding tax Purchase order services: 80, 000.00 Euro(s) excluding VAT. The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes an “ordinary market” part and a “purchase order framework agreement” part. Contracts are concluded at mixed prices since they include, on the one hand, annual preventive maintenance operations at fixed prices and, on the other hand, corrective maintenance operations. Prices are firm for the first year of execution of the market then revised annually on following years on the anniversary date of notification of the contract, by application of a formula representative of the evolution of the cost of services.
