Capitole Theater and Atelier Montaudran Halle aux Grains and Maison Sarrat The purpose of this contract is to carry out routine and exceptional maintenance services for all of the sites of the Capitole public establishment. The market includes also the supply of maintenance equipment and consumables. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. The market is broken down into two lots: - Lot n°1: Cleaning services for the Théâtre du Capitole and the Workshop Montaudran - Lot n°2: Cleaning services for the Halle aux Grains and the Maison Sarrat Each lot will be awarded separately. The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes an “ordinary market” part and a “purchase order framework agreement”. For the “framework agreement with purchase orders” part, the maximum annual amount for each lot is set as follows: Lot 1: 30, 000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot 2: 7, 000 euro(s) excluding tax The amounts are rolled over to the same for each renewal period. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year then tacitly renewed until its end. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The performance of the services will take place from 02/11/2026 to 02/11/2027. Please note: Regarding the Atelier de Montaudran, the site consists of old buildings and a new building (new site).
