The Etablissement public du Capitole wishes to strengthen its visibility by hiring the services of a press relations agency: - in the national and international media in order to give strong exposure to the artistic activities of the National Opera and the Orchester national du Capitole de Toulouse. - in the national and international media, beyond the strictly artistic field. The objective is to develop the publication of in-depth articles in the national and international press on institutional, societal, cultural and strategic themes The market includes 2 lots: - Lot 1: Promotional services to the media artistic activities Opera/Orchestra - Lot 2: Promotional services to the media on institutional, societal, cultural and strategic themes The framework agreement is "composite" with regard to lot 1. It includes a "ordinary market" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. Regarding the lot 2, this is a framework agreement with purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Lot 1: Maximum annual amount: 17, 000 euro(s) excluding tax Lot 2: Maximum annual amount: 30, 000 euro(s) excluding tax Prices are firm. The deal is concluded for a initial period of 1 year, renewed 3 times
