2026/539 RFP - Workflow Provisioning System (WPS) - QUALIFICATION PHASE Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) invites suppliers to submit offers for a contract for a system for provisioning work flow (Workflow Provisioning System - WPS).The Workflow Provisioning System (WPS) has been developed to be the central, intelligent resource orchestration layer that is crucial for NRK's program for Modernization of the Production Platform (MPP). The main goal is to fulfill NRK's long-term goals strategic goals by facilitating a transition to native AV over IP (AVoIP) services, centralizing resources for production processing in external data centers, as well as preparing the integration of public cloud services. This supports NRK's environmental and financial strategy by provisioning resources dynamically from centralized resource pools, automating de-provisioning of workflows to scale down or suspend inactive resources, as well as providing the organization with relevant information about resource use. The procurement process will be carried out as a competition with negotiation, and it is required that the suppliers deliver their offers in strict accordance with the accompanying tender documents.
