Description of the provision: Select the suppliers and the determination/establishment of the specialized professional services of competent and skilled technicians for the provision of specific services in the field of architecture, engineering and other related fields that will be the subject of future based contracts (object, conditions and characteristics). These services are: writing of technical projects, opinions and reports, work directions and execution directions, technical assistance and advice, among others related, which are necessary to guarantee the optimal state of the University's real estate heritage, ensure compliance with the regulations in force at all times, and adapt its spaces to the needs of its own activity. The services subject to this framework agreement, and, in particular, the services defined in lots 2 Technical assistance services for interior renovation works and for PEM building projects to €500, 000, will be works and works that will not have a creative element capable of producing products protected by the right to intellectual property, since they will be ordinary and functional works, without any singularity...
