Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to provide a Customer Experience (CX) Training Program to build consistent, organisation-wide capability in customer experience by equipping all staff and leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools to understand, apply and embed the Mildura Rural City Council CX Framework. The training program aims to strengthen CX culture, align practice with Council’s Business Excellence principles, and ensure staff can deliver clear, consistent and customer-focused service across all roles and teams.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System.
