2026009016 Qualification Framework agreement ship technical maintenance Support vessel HOS The framework agreement will contribute to strengthening the Armed Forces' operational capability and preparedness through increased capacity for maintenance and upgrade services and associated engineering support by providing Defense access to such services in peace, crisis, conflict and war. The client must enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the delivery of ship technical maintenance services, repairs, upgrades, modifications and engineering support for Support Vessels associated with the Haakonsvern Orlogsstasjon (HOS) Port Office. The purpose of the procurement is to maintain technical availability for the specified vessels, and new vessels that are added during the agreement. The framework agreement under this procurement functions as a supplement to The defence's internal capacity with its own crews and workshops as well as other framework agreements.
