2026 Winter operating contracts VEG Trondheim municipality at Trondheim city operation, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites open tenders for the conclusion of agreements for winter operation of municipal roads and traffic areas in Trondheim municipality. The procurement includes agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads, pavements, footpaths and cycleways, parking areas and other traffic areas in accordance with the municipality's zone map. The client has divided the procurement into 11 subcontracts (zones). This is done to encourage competition and make it possible for both small and large suppliers to make offers in line with the municipality's procurement strategy. The client wants offers from suppliers with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure a winter operating standard in line with Trondheim municipality's guidelines.
