Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The Owner At The City Of Elberton Municipal Building, 203 Elbert Street, Elberton, Georgia, Until 2:00 P.m., Local Time, On Thursday, July 23, 2026 And Then At Said Office Publicly Opened And Read Aloud.
