Description : Terms of Reference of Security Services



Technical Specifications:



1. One (1) year provision of Security Services at Bayabas National High School,

Bayabas, Cagayan de Oro City. rendering of five (5) days a week, flexi time as

scheduled, 8 hrs. per day.



2. The Service Provider shall provide one (1) Security Guard who are:

▪ of good moral character and without criminal or police records

▪ physically and mentally fit, as evidence by the medical certificate; and

▪ duly trained and skilled to function as security guard.

▪ fully vaccinated



3. The Service Provider, upon receipt of the Notice of Award, shall be required to

submit to Bayabas National High School- Bayabas, Cagayan de Oro City a sworn

statement attesting the compliance with the foregoing.



4. The Service Provider shall assign a Roving Supervisor from its own account to

monitor the performance of the security guards- attendance and handle

consolidation of daily timecards periodically in preparation for the billing to
