The successful Proponent will be responsible for setup, operation, maintenance, security, and removal of the water park infrastructure, in accordance with the terms outlined in the Sub-License to Use Agreement. The Sub-License to Use area are for the lands as shown outlined in red in Part C - The Contract, Schedule A, and legally described as Blocks C and D, District Lot 219s, SDYD, Plan EPC1316. The Contract is for a term of five (5) years and shall commence on June 1st, 2027.
