REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS The City of Surrey (the “City”) is seeking a Quotation from professional landscape maintenance firms to provide a fixed price for grass cutting of boulevards, medians, traffic islands, and walkways to East Central Surrey sites. SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor should provide everything needed to meet the requirements of the grass cutting services including, without limitation, any and all labour, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, transportation and management necessary faithfully perform and provide Services in this contract. The Contractor should perform complete grass cutting maintenance as generally described in Schedule A for all grass cutting locations listed in Schedule “A-1 List of Locations - (East Central)”. The Services are to be performed for the City-s Engineering Department - Operations Division, Contracts & Solid Waste Section. Generally, the following shall be expected of and accomplished for the provision of grass cutting services (the “Services”). Grass Cutting: Maintenance and appearance of the grass areas are an important part of the representational responsibilities of the City-s Engineering Department - Operations Division. The Contractor is to perform grass-cutting operations in a professional manner that ensures a smooth surface appearance without scalping.
