The city of Pieksämäki is requesting binding written offers in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hilma announcement channel for the Urban planning and municipal engineering expert and planning tasks to be used by the city of Pieksämäki 609705 / 2026 procurement as presented in this request for tenders. The consulting tasks consist of investigation and planning tasks related to the planning and construction and maintenance of the streets of the city of Pieksämäki in a separately agreed upon site in scope based on hourly billing. Other types of tenders can also be organized between framework agreement partners. All units and companies of the city group can order the consulting services described in this program. Accurate of the works to be ordered the total value is not known in advance. During the contract period, orders are primarily made between framework contract partners, but the customer does not commit to any order or purchase quantity. This framework arrangement also does not oblige the subscriber to purchase here the services referred to in the framework arrangement only through this framework arrangement. Orders take into account previous experience, special expertise, the resources of the presented consultants and the suitability of each consultant for the assignment in question at any given time to take care of.
