This is a pay-as-cut timber sale with a firm-fixed unit price. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the IFB and Standard Form 114 (Sale of Government Property -- Bid and Award).
Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2026, and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled SEALED BID, Timber Sale, N40085-26-RP-00158 addressed to:

Sealed bids will be received for the purchase and removal of Timber located on Marine Corps Station Beaufort, South Carolina. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2026, and read at the office of NAVFAC MIDLANT-FEAD, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, Building 616, Beaufort, SC, 29904. This is per unit /ton sale. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and strongly encouraged. Interested parties may arrange inspection by contacting Mr. Gary Herndon, Natural Resources Manager, Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort at (843) 228-7464.
