1) The PHIVIDEC INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY (PHIVIDEC-IA), through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos only (Php3, 000, 000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and, Commissioning of Inverter-Type Air Conditioning Units for PHIVIDEC-IA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PHIVIDEC- IA now invites bids for Procurement of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and, Commissioning of Inverter-Type Air Conditioning Units for PHIVIDEC-IA.
