1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LIAN, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND
GENERAL FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 4, 800, 000.00 being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Construction of Additional Structure- MRF- Barangay Malaruhatan, Lian,
Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shal be automaticaly rejected at bid
opening.
2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LIAN now invites bids for Construction of
Additional Structure- MRF- Barangay Malaruhatan, Lian, Batangas using the
Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Completion of the works is required 30
