OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TOWN OF SHEDIAC 2026 JOCELYNE STREET PARK CONTRACT No. TS26-1-28309 Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for Jocelyne Street Park, will be received until 10:00:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 12th, 2026 by the Town of Shediac at: Town of Shediac 290 Main Street, Unit 300, Shediac, NB, E4P 2E3. Tender documents may only be obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (http://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca). It is the tenderer's responsibility to download, print the tender document and tender form, including issued addendum(s) during tender period. There will be no public tender opening following the tender closing. The preliminary assessment results will be posted on NBON under "tender results" following the tender closing. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Town of Shediac Municipal Specifications, latest edition, which can be found on the Town of Shediac website (www.shediac.ca). A bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender as identified in the Terms and Conditions.
