The Contractor agrees to provide grass cutting and trimming when, and as often as is required by the City of Charlottetown (henceforth, the term City applies to the Water and Sewer Utility Department), during the period May to October 2026, for the following areas: public properties listed on the Bid Form for the Water and Sewer Utility Department.
