1) The Pangasinan State University, through the AGENCY BUDGET - BOR APPROVED - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Pesos (P 9, 976, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT and Laboratory Equipment and Machineries (All-in-One Desktop Computer). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Pangasinan State University now invites bids for Procurement of ICT and Laboratory Equipment and Machineries (All-in-One Desktop Computer). Delivery of the Goods is required for One hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
