INVITATION TO BID FOR One (1) Year Subscription to a Learning Management System for PSU-OUS
1) The Pangasinan State University, through the AGENCY BUDGET - BOR APPROVED - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P 537, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Year Subscription to a Learning Management System for PSU-OUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Pangasinan State University now invites bids for One (1) Year Subscription to a Learning Management System for PSU-OUS. Delivery of the Goods is required for Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
