Object of the procurement: The object of the procurement is one (1) new full trailer for the logistics teaching of the Salo region's education municipality group (hereinafter "SSKKY" and "procurement unit" and "Customer"). The product must fulfill all the requirements set out in this request for quotation and its attachments requirements. Procurement unit: Salo region's education municipality group (SSKKY). The procurement decision is made with the powers in accordance with SSKKY's administrative rules in force at the time of the procurement decision. Contract period: The procurement contract ends when the product is accepted in the acceptance inspection and handed over to the Customer and the Supplier has fulfilled its obligations based on the warranty period in a manner approved by the Customer. Applicable legislation: The procurement follows the law on public procurement and on right-of-use agreements (1397/2016, later in this call for tenders and its appendices, the Procurement Act) and the law on the publicity of the authority's activities (621/1999, later in this call for tenders and its appendices, the Publicity Act).
