2. RFI QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Can the Government provide the manufacturer, model number, capacity, dimensions, voltage, control type, and available cut sheets for the existing fan coil units in Room 1171 and Room 3126B?
There is no current name plate information on the existing units.
Are mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, architectural, electrical, or as-built drawings available for these areas, including riser diagrams, piping schematics, equipment schedules, or electrical diagrams?
No record drawings are available. Contractor is expected to perform a field verification of all equipment and materials required to complete this work.
For the similar model of size and capabilities requirement, can the Government provide the manufacturer/model information, nameplate data, or photos for the reference units serving Rooms 1172 and 3126A?
