(2026-ESO-728) Administration, maintenance, repair services of special vehicles
Qualification requirements and documents justifying qualification are specified in the SPS appendix "Requirements for suppliers". Proposals will be evaluated according to the most economically advantageous proposal evaluation criterion - the price-quality ratio. The methodology for evaluating the economic utility of proposals is presented in the SPS appendix "Methodology for evaluating the economic utility". A bid price that is too high and unacceptable will be considered a price that which will exceed EUR 2, 800, 000.00 excluding VAT. The Contract is concluded with the winning supplier for the maximum possible Contract value - EUR 2, 800, 000.00 excluding VAT.
