Elia Asset and TenneT TSO B.V., the transmission system operators for Belgium and the Netherlands respectively, are seeking a supplier capable of designing, manufacturing, and delivering static offshore cable baskets. The baskets will be stored onshore and used for the storage of offshore cables.
