1) The PHIVIDEC INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY (PHIVIDEC-IA), through the Corporate Operating Budget for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php9, 225, 000.00) inclusive of 12% VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY OF LABOR, TOOLS, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING SUPERVISION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD AT PARK 3 (HAYCARB) (2026-APR-361). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PHIVIDEC-IA through its Bids and Awards Committee now invite bids for the hereunder Project.
