The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is seeking capability packages from potential sources to support the 2026 Air Force Marathon.
This Sources Sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only to identify potential sources capable of delivering any one or a combination of the supplies and/or services described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The Government is seeking capability packages from all potential sources, including but not limited to: Small Businesses (SB), 8(a) participants, HUBZone Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB), Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
Technical Response Requirements
Interested vendors that respond shall review the attached instructions and technical requirements. Capability packages must include the following information:
Technical Capability & Compliance:
Specify exactly which one or combination of requirements (products or services) your company can provide that meet the attached specifications.
Provide detailed information demonstrating clear technical compliance with the SOW and requirements.
Foreign Status: Indicate your status as a foreign-owned/foreign-controlled company, as well as any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort.
Subcontracting Strategy: Address how the primary tasks identified in this notice will be broken out between the prime contractor and subcontractors (if applicable). Respondents should consider the potential application of Limitations on Subcontracting (FAR 52.219-14) and the Non-Manufacturer Rule (FAR 52.219-33) for any future acquisition.
