SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR SHELLFISH CULTURE
1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA - BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TEN PESOS ONLY (Php 27, 999, 810.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2026-72 entitled “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FOR SHELLFISH CULTURE”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA - BFAR, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period stated in the Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the number of indicated years in the Bids Data Sheet from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
