ENHANCEMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT (ITE) ROOM (PHASE I)
1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2026 intends to apply the sum of NINETY NINE MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE PEPSOS AND 12/100 ONLY (Php 99, 687, 169.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2026-50 entitled “ENHANCEMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT (ITE) ROOM FOR THE BUREAU OF FISHERIES AND AQUATIC RESOURCES (PHASE I)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA - BFAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within TWO HUNDRED TEN (210) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
