(2026-462) Measures for users with complex challenges, framework agreement The acquisition will cover a need for low-threshold offers, day places and short-term places for users with complex challenges. The offer must meet the users' needs for structure and follow-up. The users are of different ages from the year they turn 18. For a description of participants in the procurement, see point 1.1.1. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 8, 000, 000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and forventet prisstigning: 50.000.000, - eks mva. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information we refer to the procurement documents. The duty to require an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Section 7 of the Procurement Act. See the contract for more information. The procedure indicated under "Type of procedure" in point 2.1 of the announcement is error. The correct procedure must be Open tendering.
