“CONSTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AT MARAWI PORT (RE-BID)”
1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2026 intends to apply the sum of THIRTY SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND THREE PESOS AND 17/100 ONLY (Php 36, 104, 003.17) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2026-34A entitled “CONSTRUCTION OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AT MARAWI PORT (RE-BID)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA - BFAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within THREE HUNDRED (300) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
