“REHABILITATION OF CONCRETE DIKES (MAIN DIKE-1, MAIN DIKE-2 AND SECONDARY DIKE”
1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY TWO MILLION ELEVEN THOUSAND NINETY-NINE PESOS AND 75/100 ONLY (Php 22, 011, 099.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid Reference No. 2026-28 entitled “REHABILITATION OF CONCRETE DIKES (MAIN DIKE-1, MAIN DIKE-2 AND SECONDARY DIKE”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA - BFAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
