As part of a control plan aimed at eradicating the Asian Capricorn (Anoplophora glabripennis) in the Loiret, the purpose of this market is: 1- to update and complete the exhaustive census of trees belonging to the host species of the Asian capricorn, listed in Annex 1 of the specific technical clauses (CCTP) in the demarcated area defined by the prefectural decree in force (Annex 3 of the CCTP); 2- to diagnose by fine visual inspection by climbing the trunk and the crown of all host trees already recorded or to be recorded, in order to identify any clue likely to indicate the presence of the Asian long-horned beetle. The places of performance of the services are located in the municipalities of Gien, Poilly-lez-Gien and Saint-Martin-sur-Ocre (see appendix 3 of the CCTP) according to 4 lots described in point 3.1 of the CCTP.
