The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the 2026 15KV Feeder 37 and 46B Upgrade and all exhibits. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 08:30 AM, Central Daylight Time, July 22, 2026. Participants should meet (email [email protected] to receive Procurement Point of Contact) at the entrance to the Fermilab Bading Office formally known as Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to 2026 15KV Feeder 37 and 46B Upgrade project site. For Access to the National Lab, all subcontractors are required to submit their information at least 5 days prior to the date of the site visit for approval. See RFP for detailed information.
