"TERMS and CONDITIONS :
1. All entries must be typewritten or legibly written.
2. Delivery period within THIRTY (30) Calendar days upon receipt of the approved funded Purchase Order (P.O). Pursuant to Section 100 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009, blacklisting may be imposed for willful or deliberate abandonment or non-performance of the contract without just or lawful cause.
3. Warranty shall be for a mininum of three (3) months for supplies & materials; one (1) year for Equipment; (3) years for IT Equipment from the date of acceptance by the end-user.
