1. The Severino B. Escaro Elementary School (formerly Naga Angela Elementary School) of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Thousand one hundred fifty Pesos Only (Php 7, 150.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Invitation to Bid for PROCUREMENT FOR REPAIR/IMPROVE OF SCHOOL GULAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
