Subject: The purpose of the contract is the legal mission of statutory auditing (Cac) of the association, in accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the Commercial Code, in particular: • Certification of the annual accounts of the association (balance sheet, account of Result, Annex); • The issuance of the General Certification Report and the Special Report on Regulated Agreements; • The Carrying out all the due diligence and verifications provided for by the professional practice standards (Nep) applicable to Entities in the Non-Profit Sector; • Where applicable, the issuance of specific certificates required by public funders. The Holder carries out its mission in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force and professional practice standards (Nep) of the Order of Chartered Accountants and the NEPs approved by the Minister of Justice approved and applicable in France, as well as the rules of independence and ethics specific to the profession of auditor. The mission is part of a Objective of certification of annual accounts, but also of reliability of the financial information produced by the association with regard to its governing bodies, its partners and its public funders.
