2026 - Preliminary project Reserve water supply Overhalla municipality hereby invites advisers to make offers for a preliminary project for a new reserve water supply for Overhalla municipality. The main purpose of the project is to assess various alternatives for a new reserve water solution for Overhalla municipality. One of the solutions to be assessed in the preliminary project is connection to Namsos municipality. In connection with the initial dialogue with Namsos, they also wish to participate in the preliminary project to look at possible cooperation on solutions that can also cover their need for reserve water or delivery of water from Overhalla to Namsos to a lesser extent in case of crises. The preliminary project must therefore be carried out in cooperation between the municipalities. In addition to a solution with a connection to Namsos, possible groundwater and surface sources that can function as an alternative source for Overhalla and possibly Namsos.NS 8402 will be the applicable contract terms for the assignment, with attached special terms of agreement.
