The subject of the order is delivery to the Hospital Wojewódzki in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101 medical gases, according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", under the conditions specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Terms and Conditions and in draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor. 1.
