Tender Details The intent of this tender is to establish a contract of supply with various New Brunswick Suppliers throughout the Province. The heavy equipment will have fixed prices based on an hourly rate for activities pertaining to various annual maintenance obligations.
This request for tender submission neither expresses nor implies any obligation on the part of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to enter into a contract with any Supplier(s) submitting a bid.
DTI reserves the right to make limited awards based on the best pricing by geographic location.
The tender will cover the rental of heavy equipment for the period specified on the Purchase Order for a total of ONE (1) year. The term begins on May 1st, 2026, and will end April 30th, 2027.
