The community of communes of the Rethelois country (EPCI) has 17 schools on its territory comprising nearly 2550 students. It has a central kitchen that allows the making and distribution of meals on the various satellite restaurants present in schools. The community ofCommunes of the Rethelois country is particularly attentive to the quality of the meal used for guests, in terms of food balance, origin of products entering their composition, on -site manufacturing, taste quality, variety, presentation, ... anxious to play a roleExemplary, as a scan, the community of municipalities intends in particular to register its purchases in responsible consumption and make its share in the reduction of its environmental impact.
