2025/9707 Contract for the supply of an IT solution in SaaS mode for the comprehensive management of the human resources of the Diputació de Girona and dependent entities and the services related to the actions associated with the implementation and parameterization of licenses Description of the service: The object of the contract is the supply of software in SaaS mode (Software as a Service) for the comprehensive management of human resources for the Diputació de Girona and its entities dependents This contract also covers the implementation and migration of data from the current systems to the new system, the integration with the accounting management program, with the entry register and with the file management program in the cases where it is convenient to parameterize it, as well as the training and consulting of the personnel who have to work and/or use the new solution, and the integration of the time control terminals that are currently in service.
