2025/206 IT solution for the monitoring, control and planning of public contracts Supply, in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, of a computer solution specialized in managing electronic public procurement files administrative, its implementation and maintenance, for the University of Barcelona. The need to be covered is to implement a program that allows public procurement procedures to be carried out with agility in an efficient manner together with the strict Compliance with the regulations in force at all times, which guarantees legal certainty throughout the entire process. The solution to be contracted is not limited to the supply of a technological tool, but includes a set of associated services necessary for the system to be fully operational and usable: − License to use the solution (30) during the entire term of the contract. − Functional configuration and parameterization, adapting the tool to the procedures, roles and structure organizational of the University of Barcelona. − Integration with corporate systems and public platforms, guaranteeing interoperability and exchange of information, documents and processing events. − Implementation services, including planning, testing and putting into production. − Training for a minimum of 16 users with a manager profile.
