The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year, renewable 3 times from its notification. Prices are subject to review quarterly. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The framework agreement has aims to provide technical services linked to public works and development operations, in order to ensure the quality, compliance and safety of projects. These services cover all phases, from preliminary diagnostics through to the control and coordination of operations. Payment for services will be made in compliance with the overall payment deadline applicable to the buyer.
