1) The PHIVIDEC INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY (PHIVIDEC-IA), through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Twenty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php8, 022, 000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (TWO FAILED BIDDINGS) OF SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND TESTING OF AUDIO-VISUAL AND CONFERENCING SYSTEM/FACILITY FOR PHIVIDEC-IA BOARDROOM (LOT 1).
