The purpose of this consultation is to carry out a pre-operational feasibility study with a view to creating an Eco Technopole on the Baou site with an area of around 20 ha.
Pre-operational studies that will be conducted must make it possible to define the operational methods implementation necessary for the development of this sector, the final perimeter of which will be determined. The objective pursued being the filing of a DUP work request to the State representative as soon as possible in view of the entire site of the site.
This Operation is intended to accommodate a program based on a predominantly economical functional mix in particular tertiary: activities, transport, traffic, parking, housing and equipment.
Different additional studies will also be carried out by the EPF PACA (soil, pollution, Geotechnical, fauna / flora, topography, surveyor) and will feed this global mission.
The missions which are the subject of this consultation will aim to allow the contracting authority to go from a pre-operational phase, thanks to a real decision aid tool, to an operational phase according to the scenario chosen.
The holder must assist the Cassb as to the choice of development to be implemented to allow the realization of the project, in close collaboration with the municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer and the EPF PACA.
