Pieksämäken Vesi Oy is requesting binding written offers in accordance with the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel for analysis and reporting services for the wastewater treatment plant and environmental sampling to be used by Pieksämäken Vesi Oy 589182 / 2025 procurement as presented in this request for tender. In the bidding process for procurement, prices for sample analysis, reporting, empty sample bottles, and delivery of samples and empty sample bottles are taken into account. Of these the resulting prices are added up using the excel spreadsheet attached to the tender request. The customer has set certain requirements, information and values in the table in question. The provider enters all the requested values in the table according to the instructions. Through invoice deliveries, the total price of the offer is formed, which is used in the price comparison of offers from different providers. The offer with the lowest price is selected. The contract period is 19.1.2026 - 31.12.2027 and possible option years 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028 and 1.1.2029 - 31 December 2029.
