There will be two phases to this project.Phase 1 will see the development of three videos - City Overview, Investment pitch and Destination Penrith. Each video will have 60, 30 & 15 second versions) Phase two will be dependent on budget and will be scoped to include an additional five 30 second videos including St Marys, Industrial Precincts, Business Events, Short-term accommodation investment attraction and Workforce attraction.Videos will be produced in an order that is based on prioritising market opportunities to use them. Production is expected to commence early May 2025 through to the end of the financial year. There is existing footage that will form part of the content with new filming and footage required.A full-service agency will be required to develop creative direction in line with brand guidelines, write, review existing footage, shoot, edit and create graphics.
