The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission (WorkplaceNL) invites submission on the tender call for Elevator Maintenance Services including Elevator Phone Monitoring and Response for WorkplaceNL-s building located at 146-148 Forest Road, St. John-s, NL, for a five (5) year period commencing the first month following execution of the agreement, with an option to extend for an additional five (5) years on the same terms and conditions. Should WorkplaceNL identify needs or if conditions change during the initial term of the Agreement, the said needs and/or conditions may be addressed in an Extension Agreement but pricing for the Services herein will remain firm.
