Minimum Specifications/requirements:
1. Prime mover:
1.1 Rated Power: 4.0 kW (5.44 hp), minimum
1.2 Continuous power must be at least 80% of rated power (minimum)
1.3 Type: Air-cooled diesel engine
1.4 Fuel Consumption: 2.3 L/h, maximum
1.5 Shall be mounted with common steel base
1.6 Offered Engine brand shall be at least 30 years existence in the Philippine market.
2. Design Requirements:
2.1 Classification:
2.1.1 Oscillating type (2 units)
2.1.2 Rotary type (1 unit)
2.2 Input Capacity: 1, 000 kgs/hr, minimum
2.3 Mobility: Mobile Type - with brand new pneumatic tires
2.4 For Oscillating type; the sifter screen shall be replaceable.
3. Shall be provided with the following basic standard tools needed in the operation and
maintenance:
3.1 Complete set of genuine combination wrench (compatible to the unit)
